Its been a while since I posted here, but time has not stood still since the Christmas Greetings I posted back in December. In fact I really don't know where the time has gone. Though its not been a hard winter some colonies fared better than others and we have had to feed heavy in a number of our colonies. As we came out of winter i handed in my notice at my full time job based on the work load I encountered last year and down to the success of our "Honey Bee Removal Courses". The start of the notice period the world was just starting to hear of the terrible disease known as coronavirus. Now known as Covid-19 we have all become a victim to its grip on society, and indeed the disruption in its wake. At the time of writing this it has not yet peaked here in the UK, and we are still in lockdown. Thankfully our bees are classed as live stock and we are able to go and tend them. Heaven knows what it could of looked like had we not been able to inspect early on.
